AgCentric is proud to share its 2025 Annual Report, highlighting a year defined by strong partnerships, expanded outreach, and meaningful engagement across Minnesota and beyond.

Throughout the year, AgCentric continued its mission of connecting education and industry by creating opportunities for students, educators, and agricultural professionals to engage in hands-on learning and real-world experiences. From classrooms to fields, these efforts are helping build a stronger, more connected agricultural workforce.

In 2025, AgCentric reached more than 20,000 students through events and programming, providing exposure to careers in agriculture, food, and natural resources. These experiences are designed to spark interest, build awareness, and help students better understand the wide range of opportunities available within the industry.

Partnerships remained at the core of this work. AgCentric collaborated with organizations and institutions across 20 states, expanding the reach and impact of its training and programming efforts. In addition, continued collaboration across seven colleges helped strengthen connections between education and workforce needs, ensuring that programs remain aligned with industry demands.

The report also highlights the growing role of digital outreach, with increased website traffic and social media engagement helping extend AgCentric’s impact beyond in-person events. These tools continue to play an important role in sharing resources, promoting opportunities, and connecting with a broader audience.

In addition to these highlights, the Annual Report showcases the diversity of career pathways within agriculture, reinforcing the importance of preparing students for careers that support one of Minnesota’s most vital industries. With one in ten jobs in the state tied to agriculture, the need for a skilled and informed workforce continues to grow.
