Minnesota FFA Names Dr. Rada Executive Director

ST. PAUL, Minn (June 8, 2023) – The Minnesota FFA Association announces the new title of Executive Director for Dr. Lavyne Rada, who assumed the role effectively, June 5. She brings experience in FFA and agricultural education to this role where she will be working with Minnesota FFA members, agriculture teachers, and numerous stakeholders.

Dr. Rada has been an integral part of the Association staff since 2014, and this new role is a testament to her outstanding dedication, expertise, and exceptional performance. Throughout her tenure, Rada has consistently exhibited exceptional leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and a remarkable ability to drive results.

Dr. Rada played a crucial role in organizing, developing, and implementing new and existing trainings for student growth while strengthening Minnesota FFA’s growing membership of nearly 16,000 students in her previous roles as Regional Supervisor and Program Manager. As Executive Director, Rada will assume broader responsibilities and play a pivotal role in shaping Minnesota FFA’s future.
